we will work to ship your products as soon as possible. please allow us 2-4 days to prepare your order before handing it over to the shipping provider. as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with further information.
Return policy
our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. if you would like a replacement or a refund, please contact us within 2-weeks of receiving your product and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace the piece or provide a full refund. for all our products except the Home Co. Originals, the original packaging is not essential for the return.
custom orders including custom plaques, are non-refundable.
